Pay: $17.17 - $23.29
Job Summary: A Rental Fleet Coordinator ensures efficient vehicle rental operations by overseeing fleet inventory, coordinating cleaning, and handling customer inquiries and reservations, ultimately aiming for smooth and cost-effective fleet management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule the use of all vehicle/bus rentals
- Schedule Bus drivers for needed trips
- Process vehicle & bus rental billing
- Schedule student workers to fuel & clean rental fleet
- Clean Vehicles as needed
- Helps with end of month billing and quarterly fueling report
- Close out vehicle repair work orders
- Run miscellaneous errands
- Keep office area clean, in an orderly manner
- Perform general clerical duties; answering phone, typing, filing, copying, etc.
- Perform all other reasonably business-related functions as assigned
- Drive student shuttle van if needed
Special Requirements: An expressed commitment to Jesus Christ, the teachings and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, an SDA member in good and regular standing.
Qualifications: High School Diploma. A minimum of 1-2 years office experience. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
Hours Needed: 38 hours per week, flexible on hours during the day. May be asked to cover for office manager when out on vacation.
Typical Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, and telephone. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
Working Conditions: Essential tasks are performed under normal office/school conditions with little or no noticeable discomfort. Work area is well lighted and ventilated. Low fumes may be noticeable at times.
Skills and Aptitudes: Interpersonal relationship skills essential with ability to work with other employees in a team spirit, the ability to interact appropriately with personnel (faculty and students) on job sites as required.
